While flowers for Mother's day are so sweet, there's nothing like giving a gift that can be used nearly everyday that a crafty mother wouldn't normally buy for herself. What gift might that be? Well, it's the Teflon bone folder; it's one of my favorite tools in my toolbox.
If you're not familiar with a Teflon bone folder, it's bone folder on roids. It does everything a regular bone folder would do like folding, smoothing and scoring paper, but a million times better! I'm not sure what I would do without mine. I gave my mom a Teflon bone folder for Mother's day a while back and she uses it all the time. Whenever she uses it, I hope she thinks about how much I love her and her crafty ways.

I had never heard of a Teflon bone folder before Melissa introduced me to it with this post. I'm not even crafty, but it sounds like I better get one of these! I had the HARDEST time (like a really hard time) finding someone to donate one of these for the giveaway (only a few companies actually sell them), but it was only because I was calling the wrong companies. Don't people understand the power of blogging? At the last minute I found the John Neal Bookseller company who is excited to offer a Teflon Bone Folder to one of you lucky readers!
I searched Melissa's blog and found a couple of posts where she talked about the bone folder. Go HERE, and HERE.
To enter this giveaway, please leave a comment by Friday May 7th at noon EST. Please check back on Friday to see if you won. Winner will be chosen at RANDOM.

So I've never heard of one of these either - but it sounds like I'm missing out by not having one.
I've been wanting one of these for a long time.
Very cool!! i'm not crafty either, but if i want to start, this seems like a great place!!
I was a poor college student when I was introduced to the Teflon Bone folder, and seriously debated whether or not I should buy one. I'm SO glad i forked over the $25 for mine. It has made all the difference with my bookbinding and paper crafting!
Wow! I would use this every day!
oh how cool!
Bone folders are the best. I should definitely try out the teflon one!
I've only got my regular old bone folder. I'd love to have this Teflon one!!!
Oh that's pretty cool! Great gift idea.
What kind of woman would I be without one? I better cross my fingers.
I would love to try out that cool bonefolder...it looks nicer than mine.
i have a cheaper bonefolder that isn't as pretty and awesome as this one.
:)
OH MY GOSH - I could SOOO use this! I had a cheapo/puny bone folder (made of plastic) that did not hold up to the rigors of crafting or art-ing and b it the dust long ago. I never replaced it but perhaps THIS is the moment :)

Bone folders make me really happy. I never heard about this one til now. I learn so much from Melissa; she is the ultimate mama!
I have never used this before either - but have heard great things. I would love one!
If it could help my paper stuff look as gorgeous as Melissa's, well... sign me up!
I was sewing with a friend this past weekend and she was just telling me how fabulous these are! Ooooh, I hope I win!
I TOTALLY want to win this!
I so need one of these! Cheap plastic ones break too easily and then I'm left having to use a ruler instead.
Cool! Add my name to the hat.
I could definitely use one of these. Thanks!
I always want one of these, but I never get one.
I would love one. I am sure it will work better than mine.
I'm wanting one of those.
Awesome! I used to use these in my art classes in college...DEF. need one!
Sure, I'll take one!
I've never heard of this kind either. I've been telling myself to buy a new one soon because mine is bent and scratched so badly. If I don't win it, I'll have to buy one-looks fabulous!! Thanks for the chance!
I've been meaning to pick one of these up at the craft store!
sounds like a handy tool I could use!
Very cool! I've heard these are wonderful.
awesome...never heard of this, but sounds really cool!
I would totally give it to my crafty mom. :D
