Melissa Esplin of IS•LY fameis a guru who loves all things that have to do with crafting, photography, sewing graphic design, painting, drawing, and the arts....and let's not forget her little girl Penelope!  On her blog you will find her awesome tutorials, free downloads, bookbindings, design, paintings, and shoppe.  Wow, she is one talented Mama!  Her refashioning skills are amazing.  Go check them out on her blog!  Type in refashion to her search bar....you won't be disappointed.  Makes me want start sewing!
While flowers for Mother's day are so sweet, there's nothing like giving a gift that can be used nearly everyday that a crafty mother wouldn't normally buy for herself. What gift might that be? Well, it's the Teflon bone folder; it's one of my favorite tools in my toolbox.
If you're not familiar with a Teflon bone folder, it's bone folder on roids. It does everything a regular bone folder would do like folding, smoothing and scoring paper, but a million times better! I'm not sure what I would do without mine. I gave my mom a Teflon bone folder for Mother's day a while back and she uses it all the time. Whenever she uses it, I hope she thinks about how much I love her and her crafty ways.

I had never heard of a Teflon bone folder before Melissa introduced me to it with this post.  I'm not even crafty, but it sounds like I better get one of these!  I had the HARDEST time (like a really hard time) finding someone to donate one of these for the giveaway (only a few companies actually sell them), but it was only because I was calling the wrong companies. Don't people understand the power of blogging?  At the last minute I found the John Neal  Bookseller company who is excited to offer a Teflon Bone Folder to one of you lucky readers!
I searched Melissa's blog and found a couple of posts where she talked about the bone folder.  Go HERE, and HERE.

To enter this giveaway, please leave a comment by Friday May 7th at noon EST.  Please check back on Friday to see if you won.  Winner will be chosen at RANDOM.

I was a poor college student when I was introduced to the Teflon Bone folder, and seriously debated whether or not I should buy one. I'm SO glad i forked over the $25 for mine. It has made all the difference with my bookbinding and paper crafting!

OH MY GOSH - I could SOOO use this! I had a cheapo/puny bone folder (made of plastic) that did not hold up to the rigors of crafting or art-ing and b it the dust long ago. I never replaced it but perhaps THIS is the moment :)

I so need one of these! Cheap plastic ones break too easily and then I'm left having to use a ruler instead.
